Jeff Christian lives his life by his C4 philosophy. He truly believes communication, chemistry, consistency and creativity are keys to a fulfilling life. Jeff defines communication as listening with an empathetic ear with the intent of “being a servant.” Chemistry is viewed as “being connected” to your team, your family, your colleagues…being involved in something bigger than any individual. Consistency challenging ones thoughts and perspectives enables individuals to realize they don’t know everything and that “being vulnerable” is actually empowering. Creativity is overcoming fear to “be willing” to share your thoughts and ideas with the hope of making things better. Living life through a C4 lens has the potential to transform any individual, team, family or business to become powerful. C4 is explosive and can move mountains one positive choice at a time.
