Scott Amick is a meteor of a person! His energy, enthusiasm, and high impact style of speaking, facilitation, and motivation are sure to make a change for any and all who listen. Creativity, authenticity, and vulnerability are Scott’s foundation for crafting a connection with the group he is working with. Facilitating and speaking about a wide range of topics, Scott works with his clients to ensure that the message comes across in a digestible manner that is sure to raise introspective thoughts and emotions that ultimately make change within the individual and the organization. From students to faculty, new hires to seasoned veterans, and the uninspired to the go-getters, Scott knows what to say and how to say it so that participants grow from the experience while becoming better versions of themselves.

Scott joined the Odyssey Team in 2009 as a ropes course facilitator and soon found that he had a knack for engaging audiences. Combining his life experience, quick wit, and business experience, Scott has crafted a message capable of stirring even the most stoic soul to action. Focusing on educating and inspiring youth, Scott continues to learn and grow under the inspirational tutelage of his mentors Lain Hensley, Todd Demorest, Jeremy Bates, and Bill John. Scott enjoys playing and building guitars, raising his daughter, exercising, and enjoying nature with his wife, Jenna, when he is not changing the world.
